The fastest way to get your refund is by having your refund direct deposited in your bank account. Your refund will be in your bank account in as little as 10 business days.
This provides a problem for taxpayers without a bank account, because they have to wait for their refunds in the mail. Leaving them waiting for their refund and at the mercy of the US postal service.
To be able to provide all available options, to our clients, we partnered with E-Collect, a refund transfer program. For a low processing fees, a tax refund can be deposited in an account set-up for taxpayers. Once their refund is available, we will call our client and their check is waiting in them in office.
Another advantage of our E-collect product, taxpayers can choose to have their tax preparation fees paid out of their refund. This allows the taxpayers to get their refund without money out of their pockets.
The only disadvantage of the e-collect system is that it includes a processing fee, but it provides an option to taxpayers who needs their refunds as soon as possible.
